LA TORNADE Villa roof top hypercentre Vichy

😊: Very polite and helpful owner. (A damaged side table was repaired very quickly after we notifed the owner) Nicely decorated and comfortable. Basic supplies already in the flat (dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc…) Near to city center (3 min by car, 15 min walk) Air con in the living room.. 😢: It was not a surprise as I read it in previous feedbacks but the flat would benefit from having air con in the bedrooms. The flat is very quite when windows are closed and there are fans in bedrooms but the moment windows are open in the evening / early morning, you can hear the trains & train station annoucements. I brought ear plugs to address this whenever we had to open the window at night..

😊: Well presented use of full house. Terrace excellent after 8-00pm jacuzzi set at 32.. 😢: Unable to access until 5-00 so diverted to pool as 37 deg. Arranged to meet at 6-30 he arrived at 6-50 only to take key out of key box and give us code. House had been closed up one air con unit wasn’t working and the other set at 22. Upstairs was even hotter only able to sleep with fans pointing at us. People opposite seemed very weird. The refurbishment was of poor quality some blinds couldn’t be closed curtain rails dropping and shelf hanging off wall. It was a long walk into town but we knew that. Wouldn’t stay there again..

😊: The villa was great. Three levels, with a bathroom on the lower two levels and laundry and garden on the top level. Great location near the train station. We found a great brasserie for dinner on the other side of the station.. 😢: It was tricky to park during evening peak hour, but once we found it we were fine..
