La Trappezienne haven of peace in Périgord

We stayed 5 nights in this villa and absolutely loved it. The villa came as advertised: well-appointed, spacious, and close to town. We enjoyed the balcony with its views every night. Our contact, Laura, was fantastic. We would definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend it to future guests.

Eleven of us, adults and small children, stayed here for a week in August 2022. The location is superb, quiet yet within easy walking distance (10 minutes) of town. The pool is superb. The house itself is excellent. The main rooms are reasonably cool, but the bedrooms need a fan on at night (no air con). Wifi very slow, 1mbps, takes 30 minutes to download a newspaper with tablet placed next to router. All well organised by the hosts. Recommended.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at La Trapezienne. The property was fantastic, with everything we needed, including a swimming pool for those hot days, and a wonderful view of the town below. The town was within walking distance (10 minutes to main center) and the property manager, Laura was extremely helpful and attentive.
