La Victoria - Charmante maison en centre ville - Gare - Jardin

😊: We had an amazing stay at this property. Super clean, well equipped, perfect garden and ideal location. The neighborhood is very quiet, calm and green, 1 min from the Sarthe river and honestly 10 mins from city center. There are two perfect parking areas 2 mins walk from the house.. 😢: All good - nothing to improve in my opinion..

😊: The property was very clean modern and spacious for 2 people, everything was provided from coffee machine to WiFi A beautiful tropical garden and outside deck.. 😢: Nothing to dislike but maybe add a fan to the equipment supplied.

😊: It had everything we needed for a one night stopover. 😢: Internet didn’t work for us. Parking up the road was a little inconvenient but it worked out. Lighting in the shower could be better; we didn’t benefit from daylight lighting from the sky/tunnel light..

It was a bonus for us to find this place as we only needed the one night while passing through, and places this nice are a bit difficult to find for one night. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Easy to get to eating places around too

Très bien<br>#128578; Logement confortable et très bien équipé, environnement calme, pas de difficulté pour se stationner dans les parkings à chacune des extrémités de la rue.<br>#128577; Quelques difficultés pour accéder à l'appartement suite à une erreur d'information sur le code de la boite à clé. Mais vite remédié suite notre échange avec le propriétaire.
