La vigie, un balcon entre port et mer avec parking

😊: This property could be an “insolite” such as out of ordinary as it is an apartment in an overpass like a bridge - the view and location are nice.. 😢: Unfortunately, the balcony is deteriorating so seems unsafe to use - any fear of high person wouldn’t feel confortable even inside. There was a constant smell coming from the toilets and bathroom which had no ventilation. To reach the fourth floor is actually ten flights of steps through a building which is also deteriorating and not well maintained. Key pick up at another location was time consuming and communication with the host could be improve - toilets paper, soap and minimum facilities missing with messages left unanswered..
