La Villa Beaupeyrat

Authentic French beautiful old villa in the centre of Limoges. Breakfats and parking were perfect!

Great location for exploring Limoge. Check in was problematic as email with code for entry to apartment came late.

Environment fabuleux

It was noisy you could hear all the floors creak and doors closing, people walking from rooms above. The door didnt open everytime. The water was cold so couldnt have shower and the heating was locked on low. The tv had a mind of its own kept going off.

Located in a mainly residential area but close enough to walk to shopping area and other places of interest. Chalet was clean and comfortable.

Our room had been upgraded due to some pipe problems. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment with a huge kitchen and living room.

We arrived to no staff as it was a public holiday in France. It was 40 degrees and we spent a while trying to find the room as there is no map in reception. The apartment was hot and stuffy and they only provided one fan for the whole space (2 bedrooms and large kitchen/living area.) I emailed to request another fan but had no reply. The beds were rock hard, but the worst issues was the smell of the drains that run just outside. It was horrific. We would not stay here again.

Good condition and clean. But not enough equipment for an apartment - no tea towel, no water glasses, only 2 wine glasses/plates/spoons. These aren’t expensive to provide!
