We had a lovely time here. Everything was as expected. Great house abd location.

Amazing villa, well appointed and clean with all the things and more needed for a great family holiday. Pool amazing, large and warm.

The house was lovely with a beautiful views over the water, the sunrise sitting on the balcony was lovely. The harbour, with restaurants and town is a 15 minute walk along the water front. The pool was lovely and with bathrooms on all the floors it was suited to 3 families. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas BBQ was great. The beach is a 10/15 minute drive away but lovely sandy beaches. We didn't want to leave so stayed an extra 2 days.

We really appreciated all the many home comforts, especially the air conditioning and electric blinds in the bedrooms. It was lovely to have so much room too. The garden is great too with lots of different areas to sit and some nice features. One thing we would have appreciated was a bus timetable which we had trouble finding on line, but that’s all that was missing.

We had the most amazing week in this wonderful villa. It had everything we could have wanted, especially the pool & was a great base to explore the coast. Michèle & Philip were such lovely hosts & made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone. Thanks for having us.

This family home is the perfect setting for a family holiday or group get together. Plenty of space and well equipped for all ages. The views over the Etang du Thau are incredible - morning, noon and night. The swimming pool is plenty big enough for a serious swim or teenage antics! The owners are incredibly generous in sharing what is essentially their family home. Respect the areas they have marked as private. There is plenty left to use - two incredible kitchens and so many separate sitting areas no one became bored. 8 of us stayed in the end and no cross words - although the pool cues are not quite straight - especially after a visit to Noilly Pratt. Perfectly located for a walk to Centre Ville - great choice of fresh, artisan products including mussels & oysters (everything in the villa you need to cook these without effort). The best boulangerie is the small artisan one around the corner from Spar. Equally close is Carrefour - amazing fresh fish counter here and everything you could dream of for a BBQ. The beach, in the other direction is slightly further - took about 60 minutes to walk & well worth the effort. Otherwise hire bikes - before midday from Artimon - before the quayside by the new development of flats. The other side of the quayside you'll find Kithau (September in the afternoon). Run by a great family - try your hand at SUP or hire a kayak and mooch around the lake. A little further on from Kithau you'll find an inlet where the "Cabins" are located. Here the oyster producers not only land their catch but have restaurants where you can eat amazing local produce with fabulous wine. Seven of us had the best meal of the week here for 90 euros less than on the quayside. Which is fine if you were a walrus in your previous life and adore seafood. To summarise - I'm desolated to have to leave today and cannot wait for l'annee prochain.

The landlord Phillipe was serviceminded througout the stay and met us at arrival. The house was spacy and well equipped. The kids really loved the pool and the large beautiful garden. A shaded outside dining area below the roof made of the branches from a tree was excellent. The village Marseillan was a 15 minute stroll away with bakeries and cozy restaurants around the harbour. Marseillan plage was also just 10 minutes away by car. I would really recommend this place, we really enjoyed it.

The house exceeded our expectations. It had all you could wish for. Great out door area with the pool, seating areas and the barbecue. Walking distance to the quiet village with some restaurants but a bicycle or car is good to reach the supermarket or the beach where you'll find a more classic tourist area. Nice beach and you don't need to experience annoying bouncers or sales people. The house owners were very friendly and easy going so don't hesitate to book!
