La Villa du Castel

😊: The villa is beautiful. It is much bigger than we thought it was going to be. Very spacious. The swimming pool is fab with blow up crocodile and dolphins, which we all have made great use of. The garden is enormous with so much to see and do within it. The trippy house in the garden is a great space for meditation or quiet time, and the tree house is super cute The pictures on booking.com do not do the property justice, and unfortunately, we didn't get any internal pictures to show how good the place is. The only downside I would like to mention is that it's not easy to find. We had 3 taxis that got lost. My advice would be for Axelle (host) to add what3words to the booking information so as to make it easier to find with a SatNav. You do need a mode of transport to get to places. There's a good bus route, but a car is essential. The road down to the village is quite dangerous to walk down until the footpath starts. We would definitely come here again (with a car LOL) Axelle and her daughter lovely ladies, super helpful. We had the best holiday as a family of 9. The patisserie in Auriol is delicious and L'entracte restaurant superb food.. 😢: Nothing except the mosquitos. You definitely need a good mosquito repellant!!.
