La VILLA Luchonnaise

😊: Great communication with owner. A house with both traditional charm and contemporary vibe. Good location, about 5-10 minutes from center (walking). Although we stayed in Luchon during a scorching heat wave, the house stayed reasonably cool. Easy parking right in front of house. Nice little yard. Reasonable price.. 😢: This house would be a dangerous choice for young children or the elderly. Two second-floor windows at floor level open like doors, and a small child could simply walk through them...and take a serious fall. The stairs are steep, smooth, and uneven. They are painted bright white. There are no railings. This is not safe for old people. Also, anyone over 1m70 has to be careful not to hit head on beam on top floor..
