La Villa Oasis - Jacuzzi

😊: Great location in the old city. Good space in the rooms.. 😢: Place was highly decorated for appearance but badly let down by the amount of dust and grime everywhere - looked like it had not been properly cleaned for ages. Minimal materials for 4 adults for 3 nights. 1 roll of toilet paper to share. When we requested more - had a delivery of 1 extra roll only. We ended up buying our own as it was less hassle than contacting the manager/owner for more. Empty containers of disinfectants, washing detergents, etc. are obviously replaced without anyone removing the depleted containers? Two coffee machines - NO coffee pods - given sachets of instant coffee instead. Alarm went off on arrival as it had not been deactivated prior to our arrival - we were not early. Had wifi with codes supplied - but had been replaced at some stage without update to information sheets provided. Took 24 hours before getting correct Login information. I think the owner needs to reassess the people who are responsible for the upkeep of the premises as it is not being done to the standard if other accommodation on Booking.com. Add to this the request for an additional $2000 bond prior to our rental period - seems out of touch. Can provide photos if requested..
