😊: It is a small but very well equipped property. It has been lovely developed from an old building into a modern comfortable dwelling, over two floors. It perfectly portioned for two people staying to explore the beautiful surrounding towns and countryside. Cadillac is a pleasant walk away or a 4 minute drive, the Saturday market is one of the best in the region. There is plenty of outdoor space, with a sun spot patio, parking and even access to a swimming pool. The owners are near by if you have any problems or questions and are incredibly friendly.. 😢: South of France can get very hot during the summer, but if that’s a problem best go somewhere else. However this property has good quality electric fans helping to keep the inside cool. It also has electric shutters on the patio doors to help protect the building from the sun..
