Large 1777 residence in Burgundy, indoor and outdoor pools & sauna

We have spent a wonderful week with friends and family in this amazing house in Melay. With plenty of space for us, big rooms, incredible garden and a great contact with the hosts we are more than happy with our stay!

The house was impressing. Some points for improvement: make the WIFI better: The WiFi only available in one room. The oven was also not working good, which was unfortunate because normally we use this a lot with a big group. Also replace waste bin and sweeper and dustpan: small things but in use a lot nicer.

Really nice house, yard and pool. The town is not much but wothin 10 min you have access to a lot of beautifull lications. Be sire to check out the market on mondays in Macigny

Un séjour époustouflant au cœur de la saone et Loire très bien situé pour visiter et se situe en plein village à côté d un proxi marche le vendredi l hotesse Nada est fantastique à l écoute disponible pour nous faire passer un séjour de rêve dans un château de tous les Charmes très grande cuisine avec de très belles chambres 2 salles à manger et le top des tops sont la piscine extérieure fantastique et piscine intérieure digne d un 5 étoiles avec son sauna douche chaude son jardin avec table sous tonel séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre de rêve à revivre !!!!!

Nous avons réservé cette propriété pour fêter les 40 ans d'un ami. Nous avons organisé un week-end costumé sur le thème la vie en 1777. Le cadre est magnifique et le décor exceptionnel. La demeure est très bien équipée, les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Il n'a pas fait très beau et nous avons été très contents de pouvoir profiter de la piscine couverte ainsi que du sauna. Rien à dire, tout était parfait ! Un grand merci pour ce week-end magique hors du temps ;-)

Lovely house with loads of character. Excellent for large groups as loads of space. Limited wardrobes that were usable ! Shame that the outdoor pool kept loosing water and the lining was a bit green so we didn’t use it. Lovely owners very helpful and a very helpful local lady. Nice village. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Frabrice for the wheelchair ramps they worked a treat!

Our stay in Melay surpassed our expectations and our family gathering enjoyed the lovely building and peaceful surroundings where our children could play safely in the sun. This beautiful building has an excellent location in the centre of the beautiful village of Melay and is a short drive from larger towns. This was an ideal place for our family to meet up, relax and enjoy this part of France. Lots of space inside and outside the property and comes highly recommended. Merci.
