Lift was not working for 2 day during our stay, which cause too much discomfort. 4. There is no handwash sink in a toilet, it feels very unhygienic to walk to another room to clean hands after using toilet. 5. No ventilation in toilet. 6. Dishwasher is broken

The kitchen is well equipped, has dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge is full size, induction stove. It also has a washing machine. It felt secure since you have to go through the locked gate and and two doors with access codes before entering the building. The location is accessible - there is a bakery across the street which is a walking distance, and a small grocery store at the end of the block. I find it weird to have to go to the other bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet. The property was dirty when we arrived. The towel warmers/rack in the bathrooms were very dusty. Underneath the bed was dusty. The plates had stuck on food, we had to rewash them before using. The beddings comforterts had a smell, not sure if they washed them.
