Large Gite La Champeigne for 15 people with Heated Outdoor Pool

Lieu parfait pour une réunion de famille de plusieurs générations. L’équipement est très complet, y compris pour les loisirs. Accueil sympathique.

Francoise was super and very considerate to work with. The house was happily more spacious and comfortable than we expected from the photos. It was wonderful to have the space for my 20 month old grandson to run around in. For the time if the year we had lovely weather and the adults enjoyed all the outdoor activities at the house. We could have done with just spending a bit more time relaxing at the house but chateaux beckoned. Chinonceau was our favorite. It was great to have Francoise cook dinner every night during our stay which was a treat for me ! The WiFi was bit of a problem as it was only okay close to the router and non-existent upstairs in the bedrooms. Apart from that we had a fabulous holiday and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area! Thanks so much Francoise!

Tout c'est bien passé maison spacieuse et bien équipée aucune mauvaise surprise

Logement conforme à la description. Très propre et très bien équipé pour un séjour familial. Propriétaires sympathiques et accueillants.

La maison est située en bout de hameau sur un grand terrain complètement isolé des rares voisins.Les amenagements exterieurs (gravillons ,terrasses...) permettent un acces facile et propre à l’interieur de la maison. La maison est tout a fait conforme au descriptif d’Abritel, elle est parfaitement équipée pour 15 personnes que ce soit coté nuit pour les couchages ou côté cuisine pour les repas. La grande pièce de vie permet de regrouper facilement toute la tribu que ce soit a table ou sur les differents canapés De plus notre hotesse nous avait parfaitement decoré la piece pour les fêtes et nous avait indiqué les bonnes adresses ,ce qui nous a fait gagner un temps précieux et faire de très bon repas Une très bonne adresse

Un site à recommander tant par sa propreté, son confort que l'accueil de notre hotesse Françoise. Une très grande amabilité, des petits déjeuners délicieux, et, cerise sur le gâteau, la cuisine du terroir, proposée le soir, absolument fabuleuse !!! Merci, nous passons le mot des adresses à conserver.

Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce gîte qui a vraiment tout pour plaire!! La maison qui est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec du matériel de qualité ainsi que l'extérieur avec tout ce qui peut permettre d amuser les enfants et les plus grands (ping-pong, boulodrome, Balançoire, vélos...et le baby-foot!!!), nous ont permis de passer un très agréable moment. Et les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques. Nous reviendrons sûrement!!

We spent a fabulous week in Francoise and Benoir's house. We had a mixture of weather but there was always plenty to do. The pool was fantastic for the hot days, it's very peaceful and a real sun trap and the house is equipped with plenty of plastic cups, bowls and plates to drink and snack up there all day long! We made good use of the provided bikes which were all in great condition. There are some lovely routes to cycle out around the area. We also visited Chenonceau Chateau which is beautiful but very crowded in peak season. Prepare for queues and pack a lunch to take with you! The house is great for a large family, there were 14 of us plus a baby. It might be tricker with friends as the downstairs rooms are bigger and have more storage where the upstairs rooms are in the roof without wardrobes and all sharing one small bathroom. It was fine for us as the children were all based upstairs and the triple room was perfect for our three to share, just might cause some issues in groups where everyone was paying the same for very different rooms. The downstairs of this house is fantastic. There is a really big living/dining space with seating for even more than the 15 of us. The kitchen has two ovens, two fridges and is well equipped. It was great to be able to all sit together on the days when the weather wasn't good enough to sit outside. Francoise offers a catering service which I would really urge you to take up. She cooked a meal for all of us for a birthday one evening and it was AMAZING! The strawberry tart was the most delicious French pudding I think I have ever tasted - so good that we almost asked her to cook it for us again on our last night. Francoise and Benoit were very friendly and helpful without being in any way obtrusive. Communication with them was very easy, through email or text message and Francoise's English is excellent. We would really recommend this house - we had a lovely week. Thank you!
