Large independent house with shaded garden in southern village

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour a Paulhan, la maison est confortable, bien équipée et propre. Les alentours sont magnifiques et les plages a 20 minutes. Marie jo et Jean Pierre sont charmants nous les remercions pour leur gentillesse.

La maison est spacieuse, le jardin est fantastique et la ville est charmante.

Les propriétaires sont très agréables et super gentils. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Il y a absolument tout ce qu’il faut dans le logement. Notre séjour a été parfait.

This is a beautiful traditional house. The garage is underneath so the house is on the first floor. It is lovely and cool in the heat as the floors are all tiles so easy to clean too, and there are lots of windows on all sides so they can be opened on the shady sides to allow air and breeze but not direct heat. It is in a great location as a number of places are in easy driving distance, Meze, Agde, Marseillan for the coast and Beziers, Montpellier, Nimes, Arles for towns and cities and the Camargue/Cevennes/Lac Salagou for nature. The village of Paulhan itself has lots of amenities inc a number of restaurants and the weekly market whilst not huge or as big as Clermont l'herault, has enough to be able to buy food for a few meals The owners are very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If there is a downside it would be the garden. It's very private and lovely to sit in but access is down the steps from the main door so you have to walk all the way round. Not a problem if you're just going to sit out for a while but if eating outside and carrying food plates/drinks etc. It has to be planned. That said, we did it most nights. We would be more than happy to return and probably will be doing.

Idéalement situé pour visiter la région. La maison est tres fonctionnelle avec un jardin agréable.
