Large villa, 6 to 15 people on the edge of the forest and river with heated pool

Cotignac is picturesque. The area has so many activities. There are many other villages with market days and good vineyards to visit near by. The villa has everything needed for a fun holiday, adults and children alike. The pool is very good and there is foosball , pool table, table tennis and boules. The hosts Thi and Stephane were more than helpful even dropping off some pancakes and waffles.

Very nice, fully equipped villa with pool. Great host! We stayed 13 persons for a week and enjoyed it a lot. Lot of activities on the premise like boule, pingpong and fussball kept both adults and kids busy. Recommended!

Ce fut un week end génial comme il y a 5 ans. Propriétaires très attentionnés, délicates attentions avec la brioche des rois papillotes bouteille de vin à notre arrivée. Propriétaire d une gentillesse incroyable. Maison entretenue chaleureuse et adaptée aux adultes et enfants. Un week end merveilleux!!!

Fantastic stay and amazing hosts! Thi and Stephane went out of their way to accommodate our needs, particularly for my wheelchair using sister. The ease with which she could get around the property and use the accessible bathroom was a refreshing change. Besides that the property itself has everything you could need including a multitude of activities to keep everyone entertained (swimming pool, pool table, ping pong, boules, fussball, Xbox etc) although the pool was the main event. Slightly too far out from town to walk in 30+ degree heat but has a Spar within 10 mins walk for essentials and plenty of larger supermarket options within easy drive. Outdoor kitchen with extra fridge was a great bonus. Lovely sitting area for the balmy evenings but make sure you take bug spray… For any wheelchair users, you do need an extendable ramp to get into the front door currently but we found a set that worked ok. Cotignac itself is a lovely small old town with plenty of eating options and a great place to watch the world go by under the shaded areas. Definitely on our return list!

Nous étions 3 familles avec 8 enfants dont le plus grand a 6 ans. Les enfants on parfaitement profité de la piscine, du trampoline et de la salle de jeu avec plein de jeux. La salle climatisée était bien utile pour les heures chaudes de la journée! Et comme les enfants étaient bien occupés, le parents ont pu parfaitement profité du séjour également. La ville de Cotignac est très belle. Mais nous avons passé le plus claire de notre temps à la maison car elle est vraiment parfaitement adaptée à un séjour multi-familles. Thi et Stéphane sont très attentionnés et très discret à la fois. Merci à eux pour ce beau séjour!

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce magnifique mas provençale qui est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Tout y était et parfaitement équipé avec des matériaux qualitatifs. Thi et Stéphane sont des propriétaires adorables et très disponible pour tout conseils. La propreté dans la maison ainsi qu’à l’extérieur est irréprochable et la literie est très bonne. Nous étions tristes de devoir quitter les lieux après 2 semaines. Un grand merci à Thi et Stéphane et à l’année prochaine certainement.

We spent a long weekend here for a family wedding in nearby Lorgues. Thi and Stephane were fantastic hosts from the get go replying quickly to my queries. They went above and beyond organising a beautician to do our make up and providing taxi details ahead of our stay. The house itself was beautiful, well equiped and it was a nice touch to leave some general supplies in the fridge, including beer, wine and a jar of sweets! There was plenty for our 8 teenagers to do with the pool, table tennis and snooker, not to mention the good wifi service! We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay at the Mas de la Riviere. The house was easily big enough to accommodate 11 of us (3 couples, 5 teenagers) and we spent long, enjoyable days and evenings either eating around the big table outside on the terrace or relaxing round the pool on all the loungers and inflatables. The kitchen is a good size and very well equipped (two fridges, outside griddle, coffee makers, dishwasher etc). We enjoyed preparing meals there. The owners, Stefan and Thi, live very nearby and were always on hand to help explain anything about the house or even to give us a hand with our rental car sat navs. They were very keen to make our stay a good one and were happy to spend time with us giving advice on the best places to go in the region. One of the best surprises were the daily breakfasts brought over by Thi, including home baked brioches or muffins alongside the baguettes. They really are excellent hosts. The house is a few minutes’ drive from Cotignac, a pretty Provencal town with a good range of restaurants and a weekly market (which gets pretty crowded in peak summer months). There are good short walks in the nearby hills too. There’s a supermarket about two minutes’ drive away. We spent many of our days heading out to different places on the Lac St Croix and the Gorges du Verdon, just under an hour’s drive away. It’s a beautiful spot with all sorts of swimming and boating options, and best of all, not too busy even on hot August days. Everyone in our group was very happy with their holiday. The decent wifi, Xbox and big telly helped keep teenagers happy when they needed to get out of the sun. All generations enjoyed games on the pool/snooker table. It was all over too soon, and given the chance we will go back one day.
