😊: Please read this full - For better understanding about host. 1. Check-in & compensation: I informed the host I would arrive around 4 PM, but due to traffic I arrived at 6 PM. The key was not in the lockbox, and I had to wait and contact the host. Eventually, a woman who appeared to be cleaning staff came and placed the key in the locker. I asked for an explanation and compensation. The host acknowledged the issue and promised to come back with a proposal, but neither the explanation nor compensation was provided. Keeping your word is important. 2. Refund & review: After the stay, the property offered me a refund on the condition that I removed my review describing these issues. I agreed and deleted the review, as I considered it a fair resolution for both sides. However, despite removing the review as requested, the promised refund was not processed. This was extremely disappointing and left me feeling that my goodwill was taken advantage of.. 😢: 1. Air Condition: The AC did not appear clean, and water came out when the temperature was set low. 2. Cleanliness: The plates were not properly clean, which is particularly disappointing given the €220 cleaning charge. At the very least, the apartment and kitchenware should have been checked after the previous guest. 3. Bathroom: The bathroom is extremely small..
