😊: Situated on a charmless side street off Bvd. De la Republique, this compact apartment benefits from free parking in the ground floor garage. There is a lift but no wheelchair/disabled access to the terrace or bathroom/w.c. The WiFi works well. We were met on arrival and the cleaner arrived at exactly 10.00 a.m. on departure day.. 😢: This apartment would benefit from an inexpensive upgrade. Linen and towels were all old, worn, mismatched and unironed and only one hand towel was left for three guests. Our request for more was ignored. There was too much old and odd crockery, cutlery and furniture which looked like it came from a second hand shop. There were several padlocked cupboards. Laundry from the previous occupants was left wet in the dryer located in the bathroom. The terrace furniture was unsuitable for meals. A little care and attention to detail would transform this into an attractive apartment..

😊: The apartment is pleasant, clean, with a nice balcony and the convenience of garage parking. Check-in took a bit longer, as the person handing over the keys didn’t speak English and all communication was done through a translation app.. 😢: We weren’t able to get the air conditioning in the bedrooms working. There was a modern remote control on the wall, but it didn’t seem to function. A simple user guide next to it would be very helpful..

😊: It was very comfy and decently sized, kitchen was nice and same with bedrooms no issue with that. 😢: I didn’t like that the property didn’t have WiFi, they didn’t even check up on us after we contacted them two days in a row nor offer us any compensation. Very disappointed as my work requires me to have a constant WiFi connection, I had to buy e-sim data just for that reason ..

😢: Apartment for 6 people Water from the ceiling drips into the toilet and the bucket stands in the middle of the toilet, so it has to be moved when the door is closed. The air conditioner doesn't work. There is no hot water. Bed linen of questionable cleanliness, wrinkled and gray. The whole apartment exudes untidiness and dust everywhere. For 4 days, one towel for each guest, and a total of 2 rolls of toilet paper. The location is good, and everything else is below every level. No one answered the phone number published on Buking for four days, and no one answered the messages either..

😊: Location was great, easy walk to the port. Apartment was spacious, well appointed with everything you need. Parking was a bonus.. 😢: Check in was difficult. Had to meet a representative at the apartment who had the key, but did not have the remote to access the parking. Had to communicate over text with another representative to receive the parking remote. Windows only had sheer curtains which did not provide any privacy at night. Beds very hard..
