😊: excellent location to discover the region around Épernay and the Montagne de Reims. The apartment is spacious, quiet and well equipped.. 😢: nothing really, the stairs in front to reach the apartment are maybe not ideal for small children or older people..
😢: The stairs to go up and lack of lighting on these stairs at night. Could do with some on a timer. If there is one already I didn't find it..
