😊: The Appartement is very nice.. 😢: I left a deposit over 500 Euro, which I didn't get back over 1 month ago. I emailed and didn't get an answer. So with the deposit, I paid nearly 800 Euro for 2 nights. I want my deposit back!.

😊: The decoration in the house and close to the city center, Clermont Ferrand was very nice. 😢: About everything really. The agency are very rude and incapable people. I had problems paying my deposit (witch was demanded days before arrival, 500euro) through credit card and they did absolutely nothing to find a solution. Very rude. Then to get the deposit back was an even bigger challenge. I left the appartement very clean and as it was. But 4 days after my departure I still didn't get my deposit back. Today I finally got it back after sending lots of angry emails back and forth!! The windows in the appartement were very dirty, the bathroom not well cleaned, the terrace wasn't cleaned for a long long time, when I asked the people of the agency where the kitchen towels were, they simply sent me a rude answer to say: "where is it marked we provide kitchen towels". The chairs were broken underneath. The shower head was broken and we couldn't hang this onto the wall. On top of this!!! Be aware if you have anything bigger than a small car!! It won't fit into the garage they claim to provide. We have a Mercedes GL and jeez...didn't fit at all. Luckily my husband is an excellent driver. So he managed. The mattresses of the beds are worn out. You roll towards the middle. And so on and so on. We made the best of the stay cause the region is very nice. But this appartement needs another agency!! Shame on this agency!!! All blame goes on them not the owner of course..

😊: The property was spacious snd very well equipped, clean and tidy and we had the opportunity to check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later to suit our travel needs..
