Le 62 - Spacieux T2 - Garage gratuit, Jardin, Tram

😊: The appartement is lovely, well equipped and clean. It is a 20min walk from the city center, with a tram stop nearby if needed. There are convenience stores, bakeries and supermarkets nearby.. 😢: The garden is indeed for the whole building and not a private one but we did not see anyone using it. It could use a little more care, a shame as it could be very lovely. The parking is VERY challenging. Do not engage your car in it unless you have some sort of car support - parking assist etc or a partner/friend. We had nightmare thinking about having to get the car up the ramp again - rightly so as it took us ages and many scares. And we have a VW Golf (?!) - The owners of the appartment give enough warning though so it is not that we were not warned before. Still, not for the faintest hearts. The neighborhood does not have the most shining reputation and is indeed a bit worn out but we did not witness anything specific and actually found the Cours Berriat nearby quite lively..
