😊: Great location in the centre of Arras. Access was easy and good if arriving after hours. 😢: Clean but quite basic. Very noisy. One bedroom door had no catch so wouldn’t close. No lock on bathroom door. Temperature control on shower not very adjustable shower went from hot to cold - no warm. Primarily though, I didn’t find the list of rules and instructions very welcoming and I don’t like be made to feel bad for giving less than a five star (or 10/10) review..

😊: The apartment is sparkling clean, very nice and cosy, very well decorated. Owners put a lot of effort to make it feel like home. Beds were so comfortable and hotel-like bed linen crispness made me feel like I am in heaven after a long day! I strongly recommend this accommodation. It’s conveniently located close to parking, the stunning Arras Plaza, and lots of welcoming cafés! I would highly recommend this accommodation.. 😢: none.

😊: The apartment was wonderful. It was right in the heart of Arras and in excellent condition. It was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. Although we could not park right outside the apartment this was not a problem as there were free parking options including all day parking reached with a free shuttle bus. There were lots of surrounding cafes and restaurants which were very reasonably priced. We will definitely visit Arras again and when we do we will stay in this apartment.. 😢: Everything about the apartment was very satisfactory..
