LE BACO-BACO, FACE AU CHÂTEAU, AVEC PARKING

😊: Location, location, location. Facilities - washing machine and (slightly leaky) dishwasher. Large rooms and large apartment. Big bath. Easily contactable host. Friendly locals. 😢: Small hot water tank so not enough for 2 evening baths. Lack of mention of washing machine - otherwise we'd have packed smaller cases. Uncomfortable bed (but that's personal preference) Dirtyish apartment, needed mopping. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. If coming to Nantes again - we'd book it again. 👍🏿.

😊: An excellent flat Lots of space and a very comfortable bed. The view from the balcony is very panoramic.. 😢: No complaints..

😊: Location is perfect. 😢: The smell of drains hits you when you open door. Owner suggested closing door of the kitchen, which we did and added two air fresheners. Little or no improvement. No curtains in living room so sofa bed was woken at sunrise and had street lights all night. Lacking in basics, bathroom light electrical connections exposed and dusty. Bed very uncomfortable. Toilet flush broken Left a day early, would have left earlier but could not arrange alternative.

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; L'appart est trés bien situé, spacieux et trés lumineux. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin! Trés bien équipé. Propreté irréprochable. Eric est trés attentif , les explications pour le check in sont trés claires.

😊: The location was excellent and well communicated with the Gare Sud 10 minutes from the apartment and the Centre Ville from 5 minutes. You have a bus station just below the apartment and the tramway 2 minutes by foot. The bed was comfortable and the house was clean. Very minimalistic style with just few furniture.. 😢: ¿Are you ready to read all the problems we found in this lovely apartment? :) -You have to follow some instructions to take the keys, but we found it a little difficult (you have to take the keys from a black box by entering a code which is on another street). The owner did not help us, but fortunately, the neighbors did their best to help us to find them. Someone took that black box later so we could not leave them in the same place. We asked the host and he said he did not know who could take that box! In the end, we left the keys inside the apartment. - The apartment (especially the living room) smells like a mix of rotten cheese and disinfectant products. We needed to buy an air freshener. -The tv did not work so we asked him and he could not give me any solution -We had a heater in the room but it did not work -We did not have curtains (only in the bedroom) which was uncomfortable for us because everybody could see you from the street (which means you do not have privacy). Fortunately, we did not need to use the sofá in the living room but if someone has to use it just remind that everyone could see you sleeping or maybe just lying down. In short, I do not recommend this apartment at all.
