Le balcon

😊: Lovely little apartment in a good location. 😢: The apartment was lacking essential things like towels (we only had one for three of us) the others had been put out on the balcony to finishing drying but the weather was so bad they didn’t dry. The person was drying their sports clothes in the the tumble dryer when we arrived. There wasn’t any basic things like shower gel and a tiny bit of washing up liquid. The equipment in the kitchen for cooling was very limited. There isn’t a lift and the apartment was up 6 flights of stairs without a lift so not easy if you have lots of luggage. We were provided with no information regarding how to enter the property and had to ask the owner. Our arrival and departure wasn’t managed in the best way, being out under pressure to leave as another client was being shown the property at the same time we had arranged to leave. It’s such a shame because it could have been a great stay for us without all of these issues..
