😊: Lovely open plan sitting room and kitchen.Good communication from owner.Dog friendly.Good location.

😊: The apartment itself Is nice but it's on the most dangerous street in perpignan marechal foch, a street full of drug dealers and prostitutes in the park downstairs The stairs to go up to the apartment are really narrow and the wood on the edges are dangerous I had a baby pram and was impossible to take up and down I had to carry it up and down everytime I left the apartment 3 hrs after I checked out I recived a message stating as I had not took out the bin and left empty shampoo bottles in the bathroom which were not mine they were there when I arrived empty!!!! That I would be charged money for this IF THE CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED THIS SHOULD BE STATED BEFORE ON BOOKING.COM Also cheakin was quite late 4pm this is not negociable So if you arrive in the morning it's a long wait to get into the apartment Beware night time not safe to go out round that area. 😢: All stated above.
