Le Balcon des Arts - PrestiPlace Collection

😊: The owner of the property was helpful and informative.

😊: Superb apartment, great location and very well appointed. Comfortable beds with aircon to bedrooms..

😊: The location and decor of this apartment are fantastic. It was our first time in Tours and this place made it a memorable stay. It is right in the centre of town, close to a good supermarket and all the things that you want to see and do in Tours. It made it easy to get to locations in the Loir valley which was the objective of this trip.. 😢: As we found at many places on this trip, kitchen equipment is very basic and not conducive for travellers who like to cook. It was okay but sharp knives, good pots and pans and the little touches in a kitchen are what we look for..

😊: Comfortable, well equipped, in a good location and very clean. The host was also excellent.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Great apartment! Very comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and a lovely little balcony space! Perfect location for exploring Tours and the wider area by foot and by public transport. Brilliant communication throughout made our trip very easy.. 😢: Bedroom aircon units made noises that took a bit of getting used to. We also found there were not enough chairs in the lounge area for the whole group to sit comfortably together..
