😊: The accommodation was lovely, clean and newly appointed.. 😢: We were extremely frustrated by the check-in process. Firstly, we were unable to enter the premises until 5pm which seemed late to us. There was a request for money if we wanted to enter earlier. Secondly, the system of codes (3 of them), seemed complex, especially since one didn't work. However, the owner responded promptly and allowed us a key. Thirdly, communication was via 3 different platforms, and there was an excessive amount of it. We found it annoying to have so many instructions. Furthermore, we were constantly worried about going out without the one key, our phones or the necessary codes. The redundant lockbox at the entry confounded us too..
