😢: Very disappointing experience I stayed for two nights in this apartment and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, it was obvious that the apartment had not been cleaned at all after the previous guests. There were spider webs, a strong unpleasant smell, and the apartment was not ventilated. Dust was everywhere. The bed sheets and blankets were dirty and clearly not washed, which made sleeping there very uncomfortable. The kitchen and cooking area were also dirty and not cleaned, making it impossible to use. What made the situation even worse was that no one took responsibility for this issue. Despite informing the host, there was no proper solution, apology, or compensation offered. Cleanliness is a basic requirement for any accommodation, and unfortunately this place did not meet even the minimum standards. I would not recommend this apartment and would think twice before booking again..

😢: We found their pre-arrival requirements were different from any other booking we had. Their requirements for so much personal information including passport scans and their use of external services with unknown links pushed our comfort boundaries in this era of scams and identity theft. We would not use them again for this reason. It really spoiled the mood. Also the property was in need of general maintenance..

We liked our stay in Strasbourg and this place, although not in city center was close enough to walk to train and city center. Good place to travel out from for day trips. Kitchen had enough for what we needed (breakfast & coffee) and beds were comfortable. We didn't have cell service so getting access and keys was a bit tricky with the need to call for access to the building in order to gain access to the keys in an inside lockbox, but we managed.

l'emplacement près de la gare et pour visiter le centre à pied toilettes dans la salle de bain, pas pratique pour 6 personnes, la porte ne ferme pas à clé. Ce serait bien d'afficher l'état d'entrée dans les lieux
