Le Bellavista

😊: Amazing terrace with beautiful views. Great space for families or big group which is hard to find in Cassis. A/C was powerful; I counted 3 units: hallway for the bedrooms, main living area, and upstairs. Location is perfect in town center on a quiet street 1 block away from everything. Parking was included at Mimosa's parking garage. I would reccomend this place and I hope to return soon..

😊: Location and balcony were perfect.. 😢: Having to pay extra for towels and linen, as well as a security deposit in addition to the price was concerning to us but we thought we had no choice. As we expected, the host held onto some of our deposit, claiming we left the place in an absolute state, which is not true at all. We have taken it up with Booking.com but be warned..

😊: The apartment was clean, the kitchen and living space was modern with lovely views. The apartment block was quiet and well situated. The terrace views are wonderful. It was fantastic to be able to sit there and to cook.. 😢: The air con doesn't reach the bedrooms so it was quite hard to stay cool enough to sleep well..

😊: Great location and rooftop terrace was lovely. Rooms were all spacious. We were grateful to have a later checkout as our flights were late that day.. 😢: Kitchen layout was difficult at times, no towels or hand soap was provided so we had to request more. Only one bin bag supplied for 7 people for 3 nights which wasn’t a lot. Also charged 90€ for the use of linen and towels, this should really be included in the price. We had to pay this in cash on arrival. Also cheeky to charge us for it then we had to make and strip the beds before and after use. However maybe this is a normal custom in France? Also they requested a 400€ cash deposit which was not written anywhere prior when booking..

😊: Location was ideal! It was a short 3-5 minute walk into the main town area. Since it wasn't in town, we didn't have all the noise, but it was easy to get to. The views from the top balcony are incredible. We were able to see the fireworks perfectly. Check-in was easy and communication with the hosts was great. It was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. Free parking is a big plus.. 😢: There is air conditioning, but it's somewhat weak and doesn't get into the bedrooms that well. But it does keep the main area cool, which is nice. It was a bit unclear to me that we had to pay both for the deposit and the sheets/towels in cash, so just be aware of that. I'm sure I overlooked that info, but I didn't know until right before we arrived and we had to scramble..
