This one is actually very close, but because of the steep hill, it's still better to drive than to walk.

Fabulous apartment - 5 stars!<br>#128578; Absolutely stunning apartment. We had the ground floor, 2 bed and it was lovely. Huge space for a family of 4 and amazing views from the large terrace. 5 mins walk down to the train station (more like 10 back up!) But well worth it and only 30 mins into Central Paris. Wish we had stayed longer.<br>#128577; Cannot fault the apartment or facilities. Great contact from the booking company (although the 1000 euro deposit was unexpected through booking.com - just did on credit card as a held payment so shouldn't actually ever pay it).
