😊: Property was well located for accessing the sanctuary. Outside space was excellent for relaxing in the evenings.. 😢: Property maybe could have benefitted from having a washing machine as opposed to a dishwasher, as well as a clothes drying rack..

😊: The property overall was good. 😢: I am extremely disappointed with this stay and feel that important information was omitted from the listing. We booked this apartment for two senior-citizen couples. One member of our group is a dialysis patient with significant mobility limitations. At no point during the booking process was it clearly disclosed that the apartment was located on the third floor and that there was no lift/elevator access. Upon arrival, we discovered that accessing the apartment required climbing several flights of stairs. This created a serious daily challenge for our group and was particularly difficult for the dialysis patient, who had to manage these stairs multiple times during our stay. I contacted the host promptly and politely explained our circumstances. I asked whether it would be possible to move us to a lower-floor apartment, given our age and the medical condition of one of our guests. The host informed us that no alternative accommodation was available and offered no practical solution. Had the listing clearly stated that the apartment was on the third floor without lift access, we would never have booked it. This was a material omission that significantly affected our ability to enjoy and comfortably use the accommodation. While the apartment itself may have been acceptable, the lack of transparency regarding accessibility and the unwillingness to assist when the issue was raised resulted in considerable inconvenience and distress throughout our stay. In view of the undisclosed accessibility limitations and the substantial impact they had on our holiday, I believe a 50% refund is fair and reasonable compensation. I would appreciate a prompt review of this matter and a satisfactory resolution..

😊: Spacious, comfy and clean. We didn’t cook in it but everything seemed to be there that would be needed.. 😢: Looks like the whole property building is being renovated so I’m sure it will just keep getting better..
