😊: There was nothing I can say as the keybox did not function with the code I was given and staff did not answer the phone the whole time I tried to get it. So could not enter.. 😢: Keep away. Absolutely horror experience.Close to and over midnight my child sitting in a dirty hallway while I try to get the key.. The staff not answering on phone and all information on the phone only in French. Tried calling to the no on booking.com AND the one they sent with the info. Key box not working poperly or received code wrong. Still no anwer to my messages or filed complaint..
