Le Black and White - Trianon

😊: I like nothing about this accommodation. Pleaee remove this from booking.com and I want my refund.. 😢: I don't like the owner's unprofessional behaviour. Very bad apartment very bad behaviour of owner. No cameras in the building and in the building someone stole my bag containing passport this owner didn't paid even though a little bit attention..

😊: Great location for my visit to the Palace of Versailles. Just a 15 minute walk to the Palace and 5 minute walk to the convenience store. The apartment had everything I needed (except a mug for my coffee - this was not a deal breaker as I improvised :-D ) and was comfortable for my stay.. 😢: I arrived late at night and in the dark the instructions to access the keys were a bit confusing. It took me some time to realise I had to walk down the path and locate the key box by the stairs to enter the code to get the keys. The link to the video that showed what the key box looked like was very helpful. I'm sure if I had arrived in the day light it would have been much easier to find..

😊: Not so much. Clean, practical, but there are more things that I did not like.. 😢: Smaller than how is showed on booking, the door very small and light, directly on the little yard. I was alone and I didn’t feel so safe. Cold, I could not understand how to open the heat system. I avoided to call because who answer doesen’t speak english so easly, and has already been difficult to speak when I calle for other problems, like the door that I could not close..

Par exemple j'ai trouvé le canapé lit plutôt très confortable, peut être à t'il été changé depuis... Tout était très bien!<br>#128577; Un petit bémol sur la luminosité, l'appartement est plutôt sombre, mais ce n'est pas très gênant car des qu'on sort on est dans des jolis quartiers à quelques pas du château!
