Le Blue, appartement de standing en hyper-centre

😊: Location was great, apartment was spacious.. 😢: It was far too cold. There was no heating in the bathroom and no hot water. We had literally to stay at my relatives' apartment for the whole time. I felt like in the stone age! Host doesn't speak English, we got 4 pages of information in their local language..
