😊: It’s very central and the price is good. The basement has its charm.. 😢: There’s constant party outside. The basement is wet and stinks..

😊: Fantastic location, close to facilities and nightlife and a unique apartment. Great value for money and was exactly what we needed for our holiday.. 😢: We had one night that was noisy as a result of the bars on the street next to the apartment..

😊: The location was great and it was very easy to find. And the instructions to find the keys and get in were easy to follow. The kitchen had everything you would reasonably need.. 😢: There were very steep narrow uneven steps down to the bedroom and bathroom that made us very afraid of falling. The shower was lacking maintenance so the water went everywhere and it was difficult to get enough to rinse hair. There was no daylight at all so you couldn't even tell if it was light or dark outside which we found very unpleasant and it wasn't very clean as I took my shoes off when we entered and my socks were black within minutes. There were holes in the bedsheet and the pillows were extremely lumpy. It was not a pleasant experience and we checked out after 3 days despite having booked and paid for 4 nights..

😊: Its the most central location with easy access to anything one may need whether being a tourist or attending a short program at Insead. I did not spend much time at the apartment, but the location came handy for all that I needed during the stay. Highly reccomend..
