Le Borely, côté Marina Olympique - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: The location is a short walk to the beach and a supermarket, and convenient for buses to the Port and Metro. It was well equipped with kitchen and pantry items. Reasonably quiet given how close it is to the main street. Valerie was responsive and helpful.. 😢: The images are old, so its a bit more run down than it seems in the photos. Old mops and buckets in the garden beds, along with dead bushes. Flooring has broken tiles inside and broken parquetry outside. The brooms, brushes and vacuum were too dirty to even use. It needs a really good deep clean and decluttering to bring it up to the price range being asked. The noisy plastic bed was below par, the bathroom flooded, and the elevator broke down after 2 days and wasn't repaired. I was disappointed in the property..

😊: The apartment is located in a closed private residency, so it’s very calm and safe. As we stayed with our dog, it was particularly great to have a garden in the residency where our dog who walked without a leash. The apartment itself is spacious and has all the necessary amenities, we enjoyed cooking at home and having dinner on the terrace.. 😢: The apartment is really great and there is little to complain about!.
