😊: Location amenities. 😢: Access spiral staircase was awkward. No air con a MUST in the summer because heat in room was unbearable. No ventilation in bathroom where boiler is which made it even hotter needs a window!! Air-conditioning would go a long way to make the stay more comfortable. Maybe think about re designing the outlay because of roof limiting head height. Bumped head a few times..
