😊: The property did appear to be lovely.. 😢: My main issue was with the attitude and lack of courtesy if not compassion of the host. I in fact never accessed the property. This was because the link to pay the deposit was sent late when I was on the plane and signal was disrupted. The host simply refused to believe me and send me a new link despite there being no information on the website about any cut off point, the link being sent late and then eventually not working (and me having disrupted signals). I rarely leave negative feedback but I took the time to say how disappointing my communication was and worrying this exchange was, at one point the host doubted my honesty (I kept screenshots). I was left stranded in the middle of Paris with no Hotel and had to make emergency plan because the horse wouldn’t give me an opposite back or attempt to resolve the situation. It is the first time that I’ve been so poorly treated on this app and so even though the room looks lovely and I cannot comment on the inside the attitude of the host her inflexibility her tone really leads me to one others to be careful so they don’t end up like me stranded and out of pockets. I’d avoid at all costs..
