Le Bouquetin 1: appartement spacieux avec une vue fantastique sur le réservoir

Property was great itself, but surrounding location doesn’t have much to offer.

Great value property in good location

Everything was easy, great host, fantastic location.

Spacious 1st floor apartment 120sqm. We were two families sharing the property (9 people in total) and the accommodation was more than adequate with large living areas and pleasant views. Located 10 minutes drive from Les deux alpes, with parking off the road opposite it was a convenient location. Well presented and well equipped, we have stayed in many accommodations over the years and this was one of the best!!

Great communication and a nice, clean appartment in general. The only problem was the slow wifi connection.

This property was incorrectly advertised. I was told by the owner that buses would pass outside of the building regularly. When in fact we only saw 1 bus pass within the 24 hours we were there. We had to book another property for the week in order to get to les 2 alpes in order to ski. All of this hassle caused us to miss a day of skiing. When messaging the host about the issue, we didn’t hear from him for several hours at a time and Nobody was there to welcome us at check in. To have a shower the heating had to be turned down; which meant the building then became very cold. No refund was offered by the owner. Only a charge of using bedding!! The only good thing about this stay was the view out of the balcony.

Although the property is on a main junction, it’s a good quiet spot with impressive view across the reservoir. Very good apartment for a large group, easy access to les2Alps and not too far from neighbouring ski areas for a day trip, biking and walking areas, so is a good central location for outdoor activities. Good outdoor deck area for catching the sun and eating. You need a car to make the most of you time, but the local bus stop is just across the road so quite practical to travel by local transport from Grenoble and up to les2Alps.
