Le Brasilia - Appartement neuf pour 4 personnes

😊: We would have liked to stay here. Booked early March and even extended our initial reservation by two days. The proximity to the European Institutions was the may get. But we could not access the apartment therefore we had to book another accomodation.. 😢: Although we booked ahead of time and asked several times what was the check in procedure we were told it will be communicated 24 hrs in advance. We asked again the day before. Then during the day. Then tried calling. Phone was off ALL DAY. Then texting. Emails. No reply. Had to reach out to booking customer service which is not really easy to reach not really helpful. Basically they cancelled our reservation and we had to book another apartment, in an area we didn't want initially and with different facilities and double the price. We only received the initial expense. The second one is big and not sure if will be totally reimbursed..

😊: It was very comfortable and cozy and super clean also there was a water heater - coffee- tea and also everything u need in the bathroom. The location was sooo close to the center. As for the view, it was fantastic from the 8th floor; I enjoyed it immensely at all times.. 😢: Actually, one thing I wanted to add, hoping for a better change, was that the doors, especially the apartment door, didn't close 100%; there was a draft, and the sounds from outside were very clear. Also, there were no window blinds, so those who dislike sleeping in sunlight will not be happy..

😊: It was comfortable with enough space and well equipped with furniture and facilities. It was ok the roof top floor with excellent view. The bathroom was great and the bedroom very comfortable. 😢: That the cleaning service at the end needed to be done by our selves and that the owner was communicating in French..
