Le Brother Entre Lille et Lens, parking

😢: Not reccomended. The apartment listing did not mention any security deposit, yet after booking I was asked via a Booking.com message and an external link to pay a €500 deposit, which I did. After check-out, the deposit was not returned. When I followed up, I was told they would check and get back to me, but I received no further response despite multiple messages. The refund eventually arrived more than three weeks after check-out, without any proper communication or explanation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property..
