😊: Location Parking Communication. 😢: Host comminicated well beforehand in regards to key lock box etc. However there are a large list of requirements for the room, e.g supply your own towels and sheets. Plus to clean entire apartment upon check out, down to cleaning out the vacuum cleaner, I have never seen a list like that in all of my years booking through Airbnb / Booking. Location wise it is nice wth sea views and there is parking onsite. It is not in the centre of Sete though. If you are happy to clean the apartment and supply everything than it is great. I would pay more to not do those things though..
