😊: Only location was perfect. 😢: Overall, I found this accommodation very disappointing. Having stayed in more than 100 different accommodations over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the worst experiences I have had. 1. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and poorly organized. The key box was located far from the entrance, making it feel like a treasure hunt rather than a straightforward self-check-in. 2. Communication was handled through WhatsApp using an AI chatbot instead of a real person, making it impossible to receive timely assistance when problems arose. 3. After multiple conversations with the AI chatbot, I was finally given a staff member's contact information. However, that person did not respond and simply redirected me to another staff member. In total, I had to go through four different contacts before finally reaching someone who could help. 4. Although I arrived at the scheduled check-in time of 4:00 PM, the lengthy and frustrating communication process meant I was unable to complete check-in until 5:42 PM. 5. To make matters worse, the photo of the key box provided in the check-in instructions did not match the actual key box, creating even more confusion. 6. At the time of check-in, both the corridor lights and the elevator in the building were out of order. When I reported that the elevator was not working, I was simply told that it "normally works" without any apology or apparent effort to investigate or resolve the issue. 7. There were two windows in the room. The handle on the left window was broken, while the right window could not be locked properly because part of its internal mechanism appeared to be damaged or misaligned. 8. The kitchen table had a sticky surface, making it unpleasant to use, and the carpet was visibly dirty. 9. Right next to the bed was what appeared to be a storage space for supplies, covered only by a loosely attached piece of fabric instead of being properly finished or concealed..
