Clean apartment in a nice...<br>#128578; The apartment is in a quiet, residential area backing onto one of the town's little canals and has it's own parking space and small outdoor seating area. There are shops, including a Carrefour local, a post office and a lovely boulangerie, a few minutes walk away and access to Valence's hire bikes which make getting around a little easier. The apartment was clean and spacious with a good sized kitchen and dining area.<br>#128577; The beds weren't made up on arrival. The second 'bedroom' is on a mezzanine level above the main living area with no shutters, blinds or curtains over the Velux windows, which made for an early wake up call for the person sleeping up there. The stairs up to the mezzanine were shiny metal with no safety railing and were very slippery. The selection of cooking utensils and equipment was limited.
