Booking.com doet zelf ook geen moeite om te bemiddelen met eigenaar, ze schuiven alle verantwoordelijkheid af naar de eigenaar maar deze is onbereikbaar en reageert op geen enkel bericht. Dit is je reinste oplichterij. Boek dit nooit!!!!!

Contacted the owner straight away and didn't have the decency to reply to my calls or messages. still chassing a refund. We didn't stay and had to drive to find another hotel. Molto funzionale.<br>#128577; C'è qualche piccolo dettaglio da sistemare, ad esempio una porta rotta il rubinetto del lavandino da avvitare a fondo e sarebbe opportuno lasciare il kit di cortesia per gli ospiti con saponetta o shampoo o qualche prodottino per l'igiene personale.
