The checkin process was very complicated and inconvenient and the host sent the wrong code for the lockbox. That took 45 minutes to resolve at an off-site key collection spot. I arrived to find a broken toilet seat on top of the washer and a toilet with no seat. I repeatedly messages the host and spoke with him on the phone but he did nothing to correct the problems. There was no pot for cooking and no glasses other than tiny champagne glasses. The circuit breaker pops if two things are on at the same time. This includes the heat and the stove. So in order to wash clothes one must turn all of the heat off and remember not to even boil water. There was black mold on the shower grout which cannot be easily cleaned. I tried. It is really a shame. The tiny flat is a renovated "chamber de bonne" type unit and could have been great. But many of the amenities don't function like the bedside reading lamp and what must have been a hot water dispenser. The floor was also quite dirty. The location is central and convenient to the Metro. The bed was comfortable and the internet was adequate but the problems greatly overshadowed anything positive. I paid extra for early checkin which I was prevented from accessing since I was provided with the wrong lockbox code. I would avoid this listing at all costs. I overpaid for a pretty bad experience and a host who clearly had no interest in helping me enjoy my visit to Lyon. I cannot believe he expects people to accept have no toilet seat or adequate cooking implements in addition to the other aforementioned issues!

La communication pour l’attribution du logement ne fut pas simple, l’accès à la boîte aux lettres pour récupérer les clefs n’est pas suffisamment proche du logement et complexe à trouver tout comme le logement qui est mal indiqué et donc pas aussi facile à situer dans l’immeuble. Le logement en lui même et très propre et fonctionnel et bien situé.

Cet appartement est parfaitement situé, très belle vue, on y retrouve aussi un équipement plutôt complet. Cependant des points négatifs notables, aucune information pour s'y rendre et avoir les clés, il a fallu que je contacte de moi même le propriétaire une heure avant l'heure d'accueil. Sur place aucune information sur l'usage du wifi, de la télévision ou du coffre fort, aucune information en ligne. J'ai pu avoir 2 fois le propriétaire au téléphone mais j'ai pas eu le temps de noter le code wifi, il n'a ensuite jamais répondu a mes SMS. En espérant pour les prochains que toutes ces infos soient mises en ligne, cela améliorera vraiment l'expérience.
