Le Chalande - Hyper Centre

😊: I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights and would happily recommend it. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city on a beautiful street, with excellent restaurants, cafés (ideal if, like me, you enjoyed having breakfast out), shops and historic sights such as Place du Capitole and the Basilique Saint-Sernin just a short walk away. I was able to explore the city entirely on foot, even walking to and from the train station. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for your stay, including a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, television and plenty of crockery and cutlery. It was a lovely place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing, and both the apartment and the surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Clément was an excellent host. Communication was excellent throughout, and his check-in instructions which included a helpful video explaining how to collect the keys and access the building, made arriving completely stress-free. He was always very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. He was clearly willing to go out of his way to help if needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Toulouse and would be delighted to stay there again..

😊: The apartment was spotlessly clean. Well furnished with a very comfortable double bed. The bed linen was also spotless and of an excellent quality as were the large fluffy white bath sheets for the shower. Plenty of crockery and cutlery in the well appointed kitchen. There was an excellent choice of TV channels available at no extra cost. Felt very safe and secure in the apartment and gaining access to the apartment was very easy and straightforward as Mr. Clement sent a video of instructions on how to operate the codes to get the keys and open the entry doors to the apartment. This apartment was very reasonably priced and excellent value for money. 😢: Didn't have any.

😊: Good location, great property, clean and comfortable.

😊: The location is so central to all amenities. The property is thoughtfully designed and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable! Shower is very good. Ideal place to stay for a couple in Toulouse. Restaurants, shops and cafes are on the door step, but this doesn’t mean it’s noisy, we found it to be very quiet at sleeping times. Lovely decor in the apartment and is spotlessly clean. Lots of wardrobe space. Owner is great, responds very quickly and very helpful. First class service.. 😢: There were no faults at all..
