Le Châlet des Hortillonnages

😊: Serene and peaceful stay, surrounded by nature and rich wildlife. The chalet is very cosy, well supplied, with comfortable bed, very functional kitchen, A/C for summer and heating for winter - the host plays great attention to detail and making sure you have everything you need available. We loved having our morning coffee and barbecue for dinner on the lovely front porch, facing a beautiful garden and private lake. If you want to "escape the city" while still being close to all the amenities, this it the place. It really exceeded our expectations!.

😊: We have stayed here before and love the location next to water and wildlife. Comfortable, clean and cosy. Bathroom is in a separate cabin next to the chalet, well-heated with a good shower..

😊: Idyllic location, very quiet but accommodation very “tired”. Ideally located for centre of town.. 😢: Chalet style accommodation was expected, but needed smartening up..
