Heerlijk huisje<br>#128578; Heerlijk huisje met goed bed en nieuwe, nette badkamer, een van de beste douches die ik ooit gehad heb. Sleutel via sleutelkastje perfect geregeld. Host kwam de volgende dag langs om te kijken of alles naar wens was.<br>#128577; Niks echt maar een paar verbeteringen zouden helpen: Omdat de sleutel in een sleutelkastje zit, zou het fijn zijn wat instructies in het huisje te vinden (wi-fi password, wat te doen moet afval etc). De keuken is wat provisorisch maar werkt. Wifi was meestal oké maar had niet de beste dekking, het zou zinvol zijn een versterker op te hangen.

Nice, but......!!!<br>#128578; These comments relate to how easy it was to get keys and into property:- Hosts failed to respond to emails. No one at property to meet us. Calls to Booking.com not answered. Just before searching for a hotel managed to finally got hold of property owner who said we had to travel to them to collect keys (no mention of this on any paperwork from booking.com). We liked the property, we liked the location, we liked the equipment But....! Booking.com need to get their act together on key ...<br>#128577; We didn't like the lack of customer service from Booking.com. We didn't like the fact the key collection procedure was not included or detailed anywhere on our paperwork. Instead we had to deal with it ourselves. This was a most unwelcome predictment for us to have to deal with right at the start of holiday, after hours of driving in an unfamiliar country.
