😊: Handy for getting to Rouen railway station & not too far from the centre for sightseeing. 😢: Dreadfully maintained. Garden was overgrown so unusable. 2nd bedroom only accessible through first one which is very inconvenient. Bathroom in a very sorry state with scale and vents hanging off wall. Last, but not least, the spiral staircase is nothing short of a death trap - hacked into the wall/upstairs floor but showing lots of cracks etc. Place also infested with ants & other insects. AVOID at all costs..

😊: It had everything you needed for a self catering stay.. 😢: There is a wooden spiral staircase which is amazing but could be precarious when taking baggage upstairs. Also there is no upstairs toilet, not a problem for us but could be for others.

😊: We felt at ease and at home. Thank you for having us.. 😢: It was all good apart from the fact that at night we needed the loo downstairs.
