😊: Fabulous location, garage really useful, house had plenty of space and everything we needed for a family stay.. 😢: Contact with owner was lacking beforehand, we turned up having heard nothing to find the property locked up and no one around and had to ring to find out how to check in! Tuned out to be fine but a little stressful for a minute!!! House is a bit quirky, lots of steep stairs, we loved the charm and the stairs not a problem for us but would be for some..

😊: The location and views were great. The house is old, large and airy. Free parking is a bonus.. 😢: The outside area/terrace is very unloved and does not encourage you to sit outside. There were bags of rotting rubbish left in the garage and outside the property which is not a good first impression. We had to buy toilet roll and none was provided. Also no toiletries. There are a lot of uneven stairs which were ok for us but may be difficult if you are old or infirm..

😊: location excellent. 😢: not really suitable for over 65. access to upper floors difficult..

😊: The property was in a good location for visiting St Valery. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower room was good. The beds were comfortable.. 😢: - The communication with the host was not good. Emailed and sent a WhatsApp prior to our arrival as we had received no communication since booking. The host finally responded via WhatsApp 3 minutes before the check-in time with the box for the key code. This is not good when you're trying to make plans. - The key to the back door was snapped in the lock so the door couldn't be locked. This is a security concern. - Overall the property is looking very tired and in need of maintenance and repairs. For example, the some of the glass in the internal porch had been broken and was 'fixed' with pieces of cardboard..

Fabuleux<br>#128578; Le côté atypique de l'hébergement. Idéalement situé dans le bourg. De l'espace, des literies de très bonne qualité. Un garage mis à disposition, chose non négligeable vu le tarif du stationnement !<br>#128577; Pas grand chose à vrai dire, si ce n'est un lave-vaisselle d'un autre temps.
